Lindsay wants cameras off
We know Lindsay Lohan is no camera shy babe, but she is pleading with a judge not to allow filming of her upcoming deposition. Her lawyers have requested that no transcript or description of the deposition be entered into the public record.
Lindsay’s girlfriend Samantha Ronson is suing her former lawyers for having not represented her adequately in a previour lawsuit. Lindsay will take to the witness stand to give testimony in the case. However, she and her lawyers claim that if her deposition is videotaped, it would "unduly embarrass, oppress and burden" Lindsay and it is also very likely that the video would leak on the net and be " illegally exploited by the media".
Lindsay’s request will be taken into consideration by the judge only in November.
