Legend Saravanan will be making his acting debut in Tamil cinema with The Legend and the film is now all set for its grand theatrical release. Yes! The Legend has been officially confirmed to release in theatres on July 28, Thursday, and it will be released on a record number of screens. GN Anbu Chezhian, one of the leading distributors and producers in Tamil cinema, will be releasing the film across Tamil Nadu, assuring its smooth release through his banner of Gopuram Films. The official announcement on the release date was made through a video that shows us the signing of the release deal between Legend Saravanan and Anbu Chezhian.

The Legend is directed by popular directors duo JD - Jerry who have directed numerous ad films in the past. Produced by The Legend Saravana Stores Production, the film has music composed by Harris Jayaraj and the ace composer has delivered a quality album that has reached big among the music lovers. R Velraj has handled the cinematography while Ruben has taken care of the editing. Popular Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela plays the female lead and the film will mark her debut in Kollywood. The supporting cast includes an experienced set of actors including the likes of late Padmashri Dr Vivekh, Vijayakumar, Latha, Suman, Singam Puli, Mayil Samy, and others.
