Kangana Ranaut is one of the leading actresses in India, who made her debut in Kollywood with Dhaam Dhoom, as she acted alongside Jayam Ravi in the thriller flick. The actress then acted in the film Thalaivii which was a biopic based on the life of the late Politician J Jayalalithaa. The actress has acted predominantly in Hindi films and a few Telugu films. The award-winning actress is currently working on the upcoming Tamil film Chandramukhi 2. Kangana Ranaut has revealed that she is wrapping up her portions of filming for the film. The actress penned a sweet note to her co-star Raghava Lawrence on the last day of filming and has shared it on Instagram. She said “As I am about to complete my role in Chandramukhi today. I find it very difficult to say bye to the many wonderful people I met, and such a lovely crew I had, I didn’t have any pictures with Raghava Lawrence sir because we are always in film costumes so this morning before the shoot I requested for one, I am so inspired by sir who is popularly known as Lawrence master because he started his career as a choreographer actually as a back dancer but today he is not only a blockbuster filmmaker/superstar but an incredibly lively, kind and wonderful human being… Thank you for your kindness, amazing sense of humour and all the advance gifts for my birthday sir... Had such a great time working with you."
Chandramukhi 2 is a sequel to Chandramukhi that has Rajinikanth in the lead role and was based on the Malayalam film Manichitrathazhu. The sequel of the film is also directed by the talented director Vasu. It has a cast of Raghava Lawrence, with 'Vaigaipuyal' Vadivelu, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Lakshmi Menon, Mahima Nambiar, Srushti Dange, Ravi Mariya, Subiksha and others in important roles. The film will have music by Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani.
