RJ Senthil (of Meenakshi Saravanan fame) is all set to make his on screen debut with Kan Pesum Vaarthaigal, which is also the debut directorial venture of R. Balaji (who is known for his association with director Shankar). Set in Singapore, the film is touted to be a rom-com with Iniya playing the leading lady. The film is prioduced by Sri Balaji Cine Creations. The film is a light hearted entertainer which begins in a village in Tamil Nadu and then travels to Singapore. It is reported that the director initially wanted to name the film as Kadhal 2.
