Jayam Ravi collaborated with director Kalyana Krishnan for the second time in their upcoming film, Agilan. The duo previously worked together on the 2015 boxing action drama, Bhooloham. Produced by Screen Scene Media Entertainment Private Limited, the film features music by Sam C. S. The first single from Agilan, titled Dhrogam, was released on February 27th and showcases Jayam Ravi in his action-packed avatar. Priya Bhavani Shankar plays the female lead in the movie as a police officer. The movie also stars Tanya Ravichandran, Chirag Jani, Hareesh Peradi, Harish Uthaman, Tarun Arora, Madhusudan Rao, and others.
Apart from Agilan, the actor has two other films set to release soon, Siren and Ponniyin Selvan 2. In Agilan, he plays the role of a gangster and has a tanned appearance, while in Siren, he sports an old, short-haired, salt-and-pepper look, which has left fans eagerly waiting to see him in action. In Ponniyin Selvan 2, he ventures the titular role of the Chola prince and flaunts a young, bright, and long-haired look.
