Amidst huge expectations, the sixth season of Bigg Boss Tamil has begun today (October 9) and the next 100 days are going to be highly entertaining for the household audience. The show hosted by Kamal Haasan owns a huge fan base across the world and after five successful seasons, the newest edition has kickstarted today. A total of 20 contestants have been sent inside the Bigg Boss house unlike the usual pattern where around 15 - 16 people enter first. The 20 contestants of Bigg Boss Tamil: Season 6 include GP Muthu, Asal Kolaar, Azeem, Shivin Ganesan, Robert Master, Sherina, Ram Ramasamy, Janany, ADK, Amudhavanan, VJ Maheshwari, VJ Kathirravan, Ayesha, Dhanalakshmi, Rachitha Mahalakshmi, Manikanta Rajesh, Shanthi Arvind, Vikraman, Queency Stanly, and Nivashini.

Interestingly, Galatta Media has a special connect with this new edition of Bigg Boss and this is an important moment for all of us here. Among the 20 contestants is Vikraman who is Galatta's former political editor and anchor. With this, Vikraman has made history by becoming the first ever digital media political anchor to participate in Bigg Boss Tamil. While working at Galatta, he interviewed several political and film personalities and received accolades for his work. Bigg Boss is a platform that several talents want to be a part of and Galatta is happy to have given the platform for Vikraman to showcase his talent.

Galatta's anchors have always been much sought after in various other platforms and Vikraman's entry into Bigg Boss is one such which proves the credibility and massive reach of the channel among the masses. We at Galatta Media are proud to see our former political editor and anchor Vikraman in Bigg Boss Tamil: Season 6 and we wish him nothing but the best.
