Thiruchitrambalam, starring Dhanush in the lead role will be hitting the screens on August 18 and we are just 4 days away from witnessing the film on the big screens. The early morning FDFS shows in Tamil Nadu are expected to start at 4 AM and further details are awaited. Thiruchitrambalam will be Dhanush's first theatrical release of this year and the fans have pinned high hopes on the movie. Produced by Sun Pictures on a grand scale, the film features three female leads - Nithya Menen, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Raashi Khanna.

While Nithya Menen would be playing Dhanush's best friend, Shobana, while Priya Bhavani Shankar and Raashi Khanna would be playing Thiruchitrambalam's love interests in different time periods. Prakash Raj and Bharathi Raja play important roles. Earlier today (August 14), the makers made an important announcement on social media and the update has set the fans in delight. The entire mixing of Thiruchitrambalam has been completed and the film is fully locked and loaded for release. The entire team including Dhanush clicked a picture from the mixing studio and the picture was shared along with the update.

The locked version will now be sent to all the theatres across the globe. The film is directed by Mithran R Jawahar who is known for directing films like Yaaradi Nee Mohini, Kutty, and Uthamaputhiran. Anirudh Ravichander has scored music for the film, marking his reunion with Dhanush who introduced him in Tamil cinema. The songs in Thiruchitrambalam have already become massively popular and it is now time for the audiences to witness his magic in the film, with regard to the background score.

Thiruchitrambalam is expected to be a slice of life drama that will connect well with the masses, especially the youth. Apart from Thiruchitrambalam, Dhanush has Naane Varuven, Captain Miller, and many other interesting projects in his pipeline.
