Dhanush is gearing up for the release of The Gray Man, his first Hollywood project and the film features several big names. Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling play the lead roles in this intense action thriller which is helmed by the Russo Brothers, best known for directing blockbuster Avengers films. The Gray Man is slated to have a direct digital release on the Netflix platform on July 22 and the fans are eagerly looking forward to watching it. That being said, the makers have now officially revealed the character details of Dhanush and the star actor will be seen playing the character of Avik San.

He is on a lethal mission and has something important to do with the proceedings. Dhanush is said to have performed several high-octane action moves in this film and we saw a short glimpse of it in the recently released trailer of the movie. It is indeed going to be exciting to witness our very own Dhanush in a Hollywood flick and July 22 is going to be a special day for all the film buffs. Keeping aside The Gray Man, Dhanush is also simultaneously getting ready for the release of his next Tamil film, Thiruchitrambalam which is directed by Mithran R Jawahar of Yaaradi Nee Mohini, Uthamaputhiran, and Kutty fame.

The film marks the return of the blockbuster DnA combo (Dhanush and Anirudh) after Thanga Magan and the fans are eagerly waiting to listen to the album. Produced by Sun Pictures, Thiruchitrambalam features three female leads - Priya Bhavani Shankar, Raashi Khanna, and Nithya Menen, while the supporting cast includes Prakash Raj, Bharathi Raja, and others. Dhanush also has Naane Varuven, directed by Selvaraghavan. Naane Varuven will be Dhanush's fourth successful outing with Selvaraghavan after Kaadhal Konden, Pudhupettai, and Mayakkam Enna.

Indhuja and Elli Avrram play the female leads in this movie that has music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Naane Varuven is bankrolled by Kalaippuli S Thanu's Bayview Projects LLP.
