Dhanush made his Hollywood debut with the Netflix original, The Gray Man which opened to mixed reviews from critics and audiences. The film featured Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling in the lead roles and was directed by the popular Directors duo, The Russo Brothers, best known for helming Avengers: Endgame. A few days back, the Russo Brothers officially announced that the sequel of The Gray Man is on the cards informing that Ryan Gosling would be playing the lead. They also confirmed that the scripting work is on progress and the update set the fans in excitement.

That being said, one more delightful update has now surfaced on social media and the fans cannot keep calm. Dhanush has officially confirmed that he would be a part of The Gray Man 2 and he made the announcement through a short tease video in which we hear the voice of him speaking as The Lone Wolf, the character he played in the film. In the promo tease, we see Dhanush telling Ryan Gosling, addressing him as Six, that both of them are looking out for the same person.

Speaking in the video, Lone Wolf says, "Six, this is Lone Wolf. I hear we are both looking for the same man. I want to offer you some advice. Stop looking. You are wasting your time. Because if I find him first, there will be nothing left for you to look for. And if you find him first, then I will find you. Nothing personal". Well, well, well.. The fans couldn't have asked for a better update than this to start their day. Get ready to witness Dhanush as well in the sequel of The Gray Man and more details regarding the prject are awaited.

Dhanush, meanwhile, is gearing up for the release of his next film, Thiruchitrambalam which is slated to hit the screens on August 18, on a grand scale. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander and features Priya Bhavani Shankar, Nithya Menen, and Raashi Khanna as the female leads.
