Captain Miller is the next big project of versatile actor Dhanush after the hit film Vaathi which was a bilingual. The film is directed by Saani Kaayidham and Rocky fame Arun Matheswaran. The actor is set to share screen space with the sensational actress Priyanka Arul Mohan for the first time. The makers of the film have announced a massive update about the film. The makers have now announced a new poster that the first look of the film will be releases in June and tease in July. They have also announced that the film will be released this year. This update increases anticipation for the film among fans.

The production house bankrolling the film, Sathya Jyothi Films, announced that this update will be revealed yesterday and it will be in celebration of 21 years of actor Dhanush in the industry. It is touted that the film will be released in the 1930s and the film will also feature Kannada Superstar Dr. Shivrajkumar, Maanagaram star Sundeep Kishan, Merku Thodarchi Malai hero Antony, Sillu Karuppatti actress Nivedhithaa Sathish, Thunivu villain John Kokken and others in key roles. The film also marks the next collaboration between the hit combo of G.V. Prakash Kumar and Dhanush after Polladhavan, Aadukalam, Mayakkam Enna, Asuran, Maaran and Vaathi. The music composer had said earlier that the BGM from the film will be a banger.
Dhanush made his debut with the film Thulluvadho Ilamai which was directed by his brother Selvaraghavan in 2002 and he has delivered many hit films over the years. He also made his Hollywood debut last year with The Gray Man. He has also directed the film titled Pa Pandi and is to make his second film directoral next. As Dhanush has teamed with Arun Matheswaran for Captain Miller, It will surely be a high-octane action entertainer that will be enjoyed by fans.
