Comedian turned hero Santhanam is all set to kick off his 2020 with the upcoming comedy action film, Dagaalty, in which he plays the lead role and this time alongside fellow comedy superstar, Yogi Babu. The film releasing in a couple of days time on January 31 has created quite a lot of excitement among fans and Santhanam will be looking forward to hitting the bullseye once again for the second year in a row after tasting box office successes last year with Dhillukku Dhuddu 2 and A1.

Ever since Dagaalty went on floors, excitement among fans has been quite high considering Santhanam and Yogi Babu were revealed to be partners in crime in the film. The teaser, trailer and the promos that have come out for the film have also created plenty of curiosity with a new making video too now released giving us glimpses on the behind-the-scenes action.

Jointly produced by SP Chowdhary’s 18 Reels and Handmade Films banners, Dagaalty has been written and directed by Vijay Anand with Ritika Sen playing the role of the female lead and Radha Ravi, veteran Telugu comedian Brahmanandam, Stunt Silva among others in supporting roles. The film includes music by Vijaynarain, cinematography by Dipak Kumar Padhy followed by T.S.Suresh for editing, art direction by Jacki, action by Stunt Silva and costume design by Pallavi Singh.
