After the huge success of Vikram, director Lokesh Kanagaraj is now teaming up with Thalapathy Vijay for the second time (after Master) for Thalapathy 67. The pooja ceremony of the film occurred recently and a video on the same has been released by the production house, which went viral among fans and the industry. Major cast members Thalapathy Vijay, Trisha, and Arjun among others were present at the event and directors karthick Subburaj, R. Ravikumar, Nithilan, and Sri Ganesh’s presence made the ceremony more special. Adding to that, a cute little girl too was spotted with Thalapathy Vijay at the Thalapathy 67 poojai ceremony, which has caught the attention of the fans ever since the video was released yesterday.

With fans still going gaga over the Thalapathy 67 poojai video, popular Tamil actor Arjunan, who has acted in many Tamil films namely Kadhalil Sodhapuvadhu Eppadi, Tik Tik Tik, Vaaiyai Moodi Pesavum, has now revealed that the adorable little girl is his daughter, who is acting alongside with Thalapathy Vijay in the film. Announcing the joyous news on Twitter, he mentioned, “Happy and proud to share everyone that my daughter IYAL is a part of #thalapathy67 need all your love and blessings..” Furthermore, the tweet has since taken social media by storm, with leading Malayalam actor Dulquer Salman also sending across his wishes saying, “She’s so adorable !!! Wishing her all the luck 🤗🤗❤️❤️”.

Thalapathy 67 being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, sees the filmmaker teaming up with Anirudh Ravichander for the film’s music, while the core technical team includes cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa and editing by Philomin Raj, respectively. The major cast of the film alongside Thalapathy Vijay includes Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Malayalam actor Mathew Thomas, Priya Anand, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali khan, choreographer Sandy master in prominent roles. Filming is underway at a brisk pace and speculations are rife that the Vijay-starrer is gearing up for a festive release this year.
