Colonial Cousins to compose film music
Colonial Cousins (Leslie Lewis and Hariharan) are about to make their debut as film music directors through Modhi Vilayadu, which stars Vinay and Kajal Agarwal. Colonial Cousins gained immense attention in the pop music world throughtheir album 'The Way We Do It'. They are the only Indian band to have performed for MTV unplugged in the US so far. Leslie Lewis is not new to composing music for films; he composed music for Apna Asman, a Bollywood movie starring Irrfan Khan, Shobana and Anupam Kher.
Kollywood has had successful teams of music composers like Shankar-Ganesh and Vishwanathan-Ramamoorthy. Now Colonial Cousins are joining this hall of fame.
