Chiyaan Vikram is celebrating his birthday today (April 17) and wishes have been pouring in from all quarters for the ace actor. Marking the special occasion, the makers of Vikram's Cobra have made a new announcement and this one is regarding the release of the next single from the album. The first single song from Cobra, 'Thumbi Thullal', was released in June 2020 and it served as a feast for music lovers, turning out to be a chartbuster hit. After a gap of close to 2 years, the next single from the film will now be released and the announcement has set the fans in excitement.

The second single is called 'Adheeraa' and it will be a stylish and funky track that will have foot-tapping beats. We hear a short glimpse of the song through the announcement video which has grabbed the attention of the fans. The full song will be released on April 22 and it looks like an interesting treat awaits the fans. 'Adheeraa' is the name of the antagonist of the recent blockbuster hit, KGF: Chapter 2 and the film buffs would definitely be reminded of this connect. Cobra is directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu of Demonte Colony and Imaikkaa Nodigal fame and has music composed by the legendary A.R.Rahman.

Produced by SS Lalit Kumar under the banner of Seven Screen Studio, the film has cinematography handled by Harish Kannan and editing by Bhuvan Srinivasan. KGF and KGF 2 fame Srinidhi Shetty plays the female lead in this action adventure drama that has former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan playing the antagonist. Roshan Matthew, Anandaraj, Mirnalini Ravi, Miya George, KS Ravikumar, and others play supporting roles. The shooting of Cobra has been completed and the film is currently in post-production stages.

Cobra is an ambitious project that is expected to have an important place in Vikram's filmography and let us hope to witness the film on the big screen very soon. Cobra will feature Vikram in multiple avatars and it is going to be a visual treat for the fans.
