Borrder is an upcoming Tamil spy thriller film written and directed by Arivazhagan Venkatachalam and produced by Vijaya Raghavendra under the banner of All in Pictures. The film will feature Arun Vijay, Regina Cassandra and Stefy Patel in lead roles with Bagavathi Perumal, Shan Sharif Khan, and Chandrasekar Koneru in supporting roles. The film is said to revolves around idea of patriotism and is set in the military backdrop is shot in Chennai, Delhi, and Agra. 

The film was scheduled for a theatrical release on 19 November 2021 but was later postponed due to floods in Chennai. Well, now comes some grand news as the film's release date has been confirmed. It is now all for a grand pan-Indian release on 5 October 2022. The film's makers took to their official Twitter handle to announce this newfound news that is bound to make the avid fans happy.

The film was earlier titled to be Zindabad but was later changed to Borrder. This will also mark the second collaboration between actor Arun Vijay and director Arivazhagan Venkatachalam as they have previously worked together on the 2017 action thriller film Kuttram 23. 

The music of the film is composed by Sam C. S. and the lyrics are penned by Viveka. The soundtrack is released by Think Music. According to Arun Vijay, Borrder is one of his best flicks. After the film's shoot had come to an end, Arun Vijay delivered Apple iPads to all the crucial people in the film, including the director and cameraman. 

Arun Vijay said, "A token of appreciation for your outstanding performance in the film. Thanks to the brilliant director who came up with this fantastic idea and cast it for me. Thanks also to All in Pictures for putting their faith in this group. 'Border' will go down in cinematic history as one of my best pictures and a watershed moment in my career". Cinematographer Rajasekar expressed his gratitude for the gift on Facebook.
