Adipurush is the next big film of actor Prabhas who has fans across India and his breakthrough role was in SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali. The film is based on the Hindu-mythological epic of Ramayana and is helmed by Om Raut. The film is mounted on a massive budget. A recent report about Ranbir Kapoor has made headlines. It is said that the popular Bollywood actor will reserve and donate 10,000 tickets for the film in theatres and will donate it to underprivileged kids. A poster that says "Ranbir Kapoor to book 10,000 tickets of Adipurush for underprivileged kids" has become viral on social media. 

The producer Abhishek Agarwal recently announced that he will donate over 10,000 tickets for Adipurush to Government schools, orphanages and Old age homes. He said the current generation should know about Lord Ram and that is why he is donating the tickets. The tickets will be for those in Telangana. Now, the news of Ranbir Kapoor donating tickets has become viral on social media. Prabhas’ Adipurush is shot with motion capture technology and involves a huge VFX.

Production houses bank rolling Adipurush, T series and Retrophilies, recently released the second trailer of the film in a grand event in Tirupati. The trailer featured a massive war sequences, Apart from Prabhas, the film also has Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, Devdatta Nage and others in important roles. Songs from the film were also launched and the film is set to release in five languages including Tami, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. As it's mounted on a huge budget of over Rs.500 crores, the makers expect the film to storm box-office collections across India. It is set to release in Theatres on June 16 and will also premiere at the international Tribeca film festival ahead of theatrical release. The film was also recently certified U by CBFC.
