Achcham Enbathu Illaye will incidentally see Amy Jackson playing a British citizen once again after her Tamil cinema debut, Madrasapattinam, which as well was directed by A. L. Vijay. Touted to be an intense action thriller, the upcoming film is being produced by Rajasekhar and Swathi under their Shri Shirdi Sai Movies and will feature music and background score by National Award-winning composer G. V. Prakash Kumar, with reports stating the team is planning to bring it out in cinemas in mid-2023. Apart from Achcham Enbathu Illaye, Arun Vijay has the spy thriller Borrder ready for release and is the actor's third-time collaboration with director Arivazhagan after their Kuttram 23 (2017) and the web series Tamil Rockerz, which premiered recently on SonyLIV.
