Following the release of Yaanai and the recent web series Tamilrockerz, Arun Vijay is all geared up for the release of his next film, Sinam which will be hitting the screens on September 16. The film will feature Arun Vijay as a cop and it is touted to be an intense action drama with an emotional core. Sinam is directed by GNR Kumaravel who has earlier made films like Ninaithale Inikkum and the critically acclaimed Haridas. Earlier today (Aug 31), the official trailer of Sinam was unveiled by the makers and it looks quite promisingly done. The trailer gives us a sneak peek into the world of Sinam and we see Arun Vijay at the helm of solving a murder case and there is a child abuse angle as well.

The trailer also offers scope for action and the stunts have been choreographed in a raw and gritty fashion. The trailer holds our attention to a fair extent and we will have to wait until the 16th of September to see what the film has to offer. Palak Lalwani plays the female lead in this action drama that features an experienced supporting cast including the likes of Kaali Venkat, RNR Manohar, KSG Venkatesh, Marumalarchi Bharathi & others. Produced by R Vijaya Kumar under the banner of Movie Slides Pvt Ltd, the film has music composed by Shabir Tabare Alam, while the cinematography and editing departments are headed by Gopinath and A Raja Mohammed respectively.

The film has cleared the censor test with a U/A certificate and is set for its release on September 16. After Sinam, Arun Vijay will be seen in Agni Siragugal which is also in the final stages of post production. Arun Vijay will be sharing screen space with Vijay Antony in this film that is helmed by Naveen of Moodar Koodam fame.
