Actor Arulnithi's next big film of 2023, Kazhuvethi Moorkkan, is all set for a grand release in theatres on May 26 and preparations are underway to make it as big as can be. Directed by the 2019 Jyotika-starrer Raatchasi fame SY Gowthamraj, the upcoming rural entertainer produced under S. Ambeth Kumar's Olympia Movies banner is now all set to take cinema screens across Tamil Nadu by storm as Red Giant Movies has been announced to be releasing the film across the state. The blockbuster production distribution has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Arulnithi's Kazhuvethi Moorkkan, which is their next big film to be coming out under their banner in 2023.
Red Giant Movies have been on a roll in 2023 having tasted phenomenal success by distributing 'Thalapathy' Vijay's Varisu across major centers in Tamil Nadu, while also engaging in full-length releases of films in the state like Ajith Kumar's Thunivu, Kavin's Dada, Jayam Ravi's Agilan, Vetri Maaran's Viduthalai Part 1, Udhayanidhi Stalin's Kannai Nambathey, and more recently Mani Ratnam's epic blockbuster Ponniyin Selvan: 2. The hit banner will be aiming for the bullseye once again and this time with Kazhuvethi Moorkkan, which created quite a lot of curiosity among fans after the release of the film's power-packed teaser sometime back, showing Arulnithi flexing his muscles. Kazhuvethi Moorkkan is incidentally the second time Red Giant Movies is releasing a venture produced by S. Ambeth Kumar's Olympia Movies banner this year after the Kavin and Aparna Das-starrer Dada. The coming-of-age romantic comedy-drama film turned out to be a smashing success both commercially and critically and the team will be looking forward to a bigger success with the Arulnithi-starrer this time, which also includes Sarpatta Parambarai fame Dushara Vijayan as the female lead, while D. Imman has composed the music.
