A highly popular name in south Indian cinema, actress Amala Paul has now suffered a ligament tear after twisting her arm yesterday for her upcoming film, Adho Andha Paravai Pola.
Apparently, Amala Paul was performing an action sequence which had the actress doing the stunts herself leading to her twisting her arm.
Although she went on carrying shooting her portions, the pain is said to have gradually increased before the production was brought to a halt and Amala Paul given treatment in Kochi, Kerala.
As of now, almost 90% of the production on the film is said to have been completed with shooting expected to resume once Amala is back from her treatment.
A K. R. Vinoth directorial under the Century International Films banner with music by James Bejoy, Adho Andha Paravai Pola also includes popular Bollywood anchor and TV host, Samir Kocchar.
