T-series has announced on its official Twitter handle that Sandeep Reddy Vanga will direct Allu Arjun in their upcoming film, marking their first collaboration. The announcement was accompanied by a photo featuring Allu Arjun, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and producer Bhushan Kumar. The film will be jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Pranay Reddy Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Shiv Chanana under the banners of T-series and Bhadrakali Pictures. While details about the film have not been released yet, fans are eagerly anticipating the project, which brings together three talented and well-respected personas in the Indian film industry. T-series further wrote, "Brace yourselves for this massive collaboration between three powerhouses of India - Producer Bhushan Kumar, Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and superstar Allu Arjun." After completing the production of Prabhas' film Spirit, which is also being produced by T-Series, Sandeep Reddy Vanga will commence work on Allu Arjun's upcoming movie.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga made his directorial debut with the 2017 Telugu film Arjun Reddy, starring Vijay Deverakonda, which was a commercial and critical success. He achieved further success with the Hindi remake of the film, titled Kabir Singh, starring Shahid Kapoor, which went on to become one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of all time. Vanga's next project is Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna, which is set to release in theaters this year.
Allu Arjun is currently busy with the shoot of the second part of the Pushpa franchise. The film is directed by Sukumar and features Miroslaw Kuba Brozek as its cinematographer. The second part of the film will focus on the conflict between Allu Arjun's character and Fahadh Faasil, who was introduced as the main antagonist in the first part. Along with Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil, Pushpa 2 also stars Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli, as well as Sunil and Anasuya Bharadwaj in key roles. Fans of the first part are eagerly anticipating this upcoming sequel.
