Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar will be next seen in the highly-anticipated Thunivu releasing in theatres worldwide as a grand Pongal treat in January and the buzz for the film has been massive ever since it went on floors earlier this year. Directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP in association with Zee Studios, the upcoming film will be released in Tamil Nadu by Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies. In that light, there have been rumors on social media stating that a grand audio launch is being planned for Thunivu, with Ajith also set to grace the event. Taking note of the speculations going viral, the actor has now issued a cryptic statement addressed to his fans via his manager Suresh Chandra, who tweeted, "A good film is promotion by itself!! - unconditional love!"

This latest clarification from Ajith will put the rumors to rest before it takes further flight. Although the news will come as a bit of a disappointment for fans of the actor, it shows how he and the team of Thunivu are mighty confident with their film, which is billed to be an intense action thriller and will reportedly show him possibly in a negative role. Ajith had come across many fans on a consistent basis during his bike trip to Ladakh sometime back and posed along with them for photographs. Considering the actor hasn't participated in any film promotion events, his public appearances took social media by storm and fans would surely have been delighted had there been news of him taking part in an event for Thunivu. Check out Ajith's manager Suresh Chandra's tweet below:

Thunivu will see  Ajith cast opposite Manju Warrier of Asuran fame and the National Award-winning Malayalam actress has begun dubbing for her portions in the film, which also has Samuthirakani, Pavni Reddy, Amir, Ciby Chandran, and Veera, who is known best for playing the lead role in Rajathandhiram. Thunivu marks the third time Ajith, H. Vinoth, and Boney Kapoor are collaborating after their Nerkonda Paarvai (2019) and Valimai (2022), and the trio will look to hit the bullseye once again.
