The Bollywood remake of Selvaraghavan’s 2014 romantic drama film 7G Rainbow Colony is titled Malaal and the film has Meezaan Jaffrey and Sharmin Segal in the lead roles. Malaal is directed by Mangesh Hadawale and is jointly produced under the Bhansali Productions and T-Series banners with music by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The trailer of the movie came out a few days and fans were surprised to some big changes when compared to the original version.
