Actor Vishal’s last few films have met with a largely positive response over the past two years with the star also further proving his mettle as a performer in films like Thupparivaalan, Irumbu Thirai and Ayogya. With the ventures turning out to be box office hits, Vishal has since been working on his upcoming film with director Sundar. C titled, Action, being produced under R. Raveendran’s Trident Arts banner. Touted to be an intense action thriller, Action will feature Vishal paired opposite Tamannaah and popular Malayalam actress Aishwarya Lekshmi making her Tamil acting debut. With the film said to be nearing its completion, Vishal has dropped an important update saying the Action teaser will be released later this week on September 13.
Action has many notable names in its technical team among whom include Hiphop Tamizha scoring the music followed by cinematography by Dudlee and fights by the stunt choreographer duo Anbariv. Based on the Action posters released so far, we can expect Vishal engaged in high octane action-packed stunts with the film also including Vedalam fame Kabir Singh Duhan playing the antagonist while Yogi Babu will be handling the comedy relief. The film has been shot predominantly in Turkey with some portions in Chennai and production not long back taking place in various locations across North India.
