The shooting of Yaare Koogadali which was expected to start by June 25, will only start in the second week of July. Sources state that as the scripting work of the film is still in progress, the makers of the film have postponed the film's shoot.
Yaare Koogadali is the remake of the of the Tamil movie Poraali. Samuthirakani, who directed the original version, makes his directorial debut in Sandalwood with Yaare Koogadali. The remake version stars Puneeth Rajkumar and Yogish. Yogish pairs opposite Sindhu Loknath in the movie, while the team is yet to finalize the leading lady opposite Puneeth. Raghavendra Rajkumar produces the remake version. Harikrishna is the music composer.
