Vishal's maiden foray as a producer, through his Vishal Film Factory banner, was the Deepavali release Pandiya Naadu! Also starring Lakshmi Menon, Vikranth, Bharathiraja and Soori, the movie became a massive hit, and is still running to packed houses! Thanking everybody for helping make the movie a grand success, Vishal has released a statement!
The statement reads, “Pandiya Naadu was my first film produced under my own production banner - Vishal Film Factory, and it turned out to be a huge super hit and success. This wouldn't have happened without all your media support, co-operation and encouragement, I sincerely thank one and all from the bottom of my heart. Today is my first day shoot of my next film UTV’S Naan Sigappu Manithan and I would like to seek your blessings and same support which will be extended to me all through my life.
