Vikram’s electrifying album has landed itself on the global charts of the popular music streaming platform Spotify. The film's album has made its way to the top 5 of the ‘Top Album Debut Global’ section. Spotify took the insights between July 8-10th.

The action-thriller is produced by Kamal Haasan and R Mahendran under the Raaj Kamal Films International banner. The film marks the comeback of Kamal Haasan after a nearly 4 year-long hiatus with Vishwaroopam 2 being the last film to his name up until now. The movie collected a large sum at the box office in India as well as the international market.

The film serves as the second installment in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU). The plot continues from his 2019 film Kaithi and follows a black-ops squad led by Amar tracking down masked vigilantes, while he learns of a drug syndicate group called Vetti Vagaiyara, led by Sandhanam, who wants the missing drugs to be delivered to his cold-blooded boss Rolex (played by Suriya in a cameo appearance)
