Vijay TV's Rasigan Express is back!

Vijay TV is back with the fourth edition of The Annual Vijay Awards, an event to recognize the excellence of professionals in the Tamil film industry, for movies released in the year 2009. The flag off ceremony of the Rasigan Express – a publicity van created for the Vijay Awards – will take place today in Chennai. Minister Parithi Ilamvazuthi (Information Minister of Tamil Nadu) will inaugurated the flag off ceremony. Ramanarayanan (President, Tamil Film Producer’s Council), Udhayanidhi Stalin (Red Giant Movies), V.C. Guganathan (President, Film Employees Federation of South India) and D. Sathish Babu (Founder, UniverCell) will preside over the function.
