'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi is in high spirits after recently receiving the National Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in the 2019 film, Super Deluxe. The versatile actor is currently attached to several projects among which also includes Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir, directed by debutante Venkata Krishna Roghanth, a former associate of director SP Jananathan. Vijay Sethupathi will be seen as a Sri Lankan Tamil in this film, which has been produced by S Essaki Durai's Chandraa Arts in association with Cine Innovations. With filming wrapped already, Vijay Sethupathi took to social media on Thursday to surprise fans on the release plans of Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir

Vijay Sethupathi has officially revealed on the festive occasion of Diwali that the long-awaited Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir will be coming out in December. The film will see the Master villain paired opposite youth sensation Megha Akash of Enai Nokki Paayum Thota fame, with the ensemble star cast also featuring the likes of director Magizh Thirumeni, Vivekh, director Mohan Raja, Bigg Boss fame Riythvika, Ragu Aditya, Varalaru fame Kaniha, Karu Pazhaniappan, Chinni Jayanth, Vidya Pradeep, Imman Annachi, and others. Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir will also come off as an emotional film for some as it will show Padmashri Vivekh in another posthumous appearance after he passed away in April. Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir has music composed by Nivas K. Prasanna, with the single titled 'Muruga' sung by Silambarasan TR going on to become a hit upon its release earlier this year. The upcoming film includes a talented technical team featuring the likes of Vetrivel Mahendran of Kayal fame for the cinematography, while John Abraham is taking care of the editing and K Veera Samar is the art director.
