Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi is one of the leading actors in Tamil cinema and he enjoys a phenomenal fan base which we all know about. His popularity has often been misused by a few members from the film industry. It is well known that Vijay Sethupathi used to do supporting roles before becoming a leading hero in the Tamil film industry. During this transformation period of him becoming a hero from a supporting actor, a set of film producers used to market his old films and project Vijay Sethupathi as the lead of the film through posters and marketing gimmicks. Vijay Sethupathi had voiced out his anger regarding this issue during the release of Rummy. Now his name has once again been misused by a producer. A producer named ARK Raja Raja has now released a poster stating that his debut production will be with actor Vijay Sethupathi. We got in touch with Vijay Sethupathi’s manager to know more about this project who told us that the Pizza actor has not signed any film with ARK Raja Raja. Apparently, ARK Raja Raja has acquired the Tamil remake rights of Jayaram’s Malayalam film Marconi Mathai in which Vijay Sethupathi has played a cameo role. ARK Raja Raja has supposedly been misguiding financiers by adding Vijay Sethupathi’s name in his debut project. Apparently, the announcement is only about his Tamil dubbing film in which Vijay Sethupathi has only played a cameo role. ARK Raja Raja has also stated that his next project would be with Atharvaa.

Vijay Sethupathi who was last seen playing an extended cameo in Ashok Selvan’s Oh My Kadavule is waiting for the release of his next biggie Master co-starring with Thalapathy Vijay. The talented actor will be seen playing the character ‘Bhavani’, a ruthless cruel villain who will lock horns with Thalapathy Vijay. The duo’s combination scenes are surely going to set the screens on fire and the fans are eagerly waiting to witness their face-off in the theatres. Apart from Master, Vijay Sethupathi also has films like Ka Pae Ranasingam, Laabam, Maamanithan, Yaadhum Oorey Yaavarum Kelir, Tughlaq Durbar, Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, Uppena (Telugu), and Laal Singh Chaddha (Hindi), which are in different stages of production. Vijay Sethupathi will be acting in the biopic of former International cricketer Muttiah Muralidharan. The Vikram Vedha actor will also be acting in a film each with directors Ponram and Arumugakumar and both the projects are in nascent stages. Rumours are also rife that Vijay Sethupathi will play one of the leads in Mani Ratnam’s web series for Prime Video and an official announcement regarding that can be expected soon.
