Mass: 96' actress officially confirms her role in Bigil!

Thalapathy Vijay's Bigil is all set to hit the screens for the festive occasion of Deepavali 2019 and the expectations are on a super high. Directed by Atlee and produced by AGS Entertainment, this sports based entertainer's star cast includes names like Nayanthara, Jackie Shroff, Vivekh, Kathir, Anandaraj, Daniel Balaji, Yogi Babu, Indhuja, Reba Monica John, Varsha Bollamma, Devadarshini, and others. The first single from the film, called Singappenney, the motivational women anthem, was released last night, opening to a massive reception from the fans and audience.

This A.R.Rahman musical is already a big hit and the audience are surely going to witness some exciting stuff in the coming days. During the announcement of the release of Singappenney song, the makers released a new poster, where we saw Vijay leading the Women's Football team consisting of 10 players besides him. A football team should have 11 players in it and having said that, the fans were puzzled about the 11th player.

In fact, a section of the audience believed that it could possibly be Nayanthara and it could be it be a surprise package in the film. However, it is not Nayanthara, but the young and talented Varsha Bollamma who is the 11th player. Varsha was last seen in Vijay Sethupathi - Trisha starrer 96 as the photography student. It is already a known fact that Varsha is playing an important role in Bigil and we had also reported about it.

But, it has now been made official that Varsha is the 11th player of the football team coached by Vijay. Varsha officially confirmed the news with her tweet, which said, "Yes, that’s me 😄🎀 11th player #Singappenney #bigil Blessed.
