Pailwaan is one of the most awaited Kannada films written and directed by S Krishna. The film stars Kichcha Sudeep, Suniel Shetty and Aakanksha Singh. It marks Suniel Shetty's debut in Kannada cinema. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by Arjun Janya. Sudeep plays the dual role of both a wrestler and a boxer in the film. Pailwaan is produced by Swapna Krishna under the banner RRR Motion Pictures. Pailwaan is one of the most expensive Kannada films made till date and the makers have dubbed the film in other languages like Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil.
