Vanitha made her silver screen acting debut with Chandralekha, that starred Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role. Chandralekha was directed by Nambirajan and had music scored by Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja. One of the fans recently tagged Vanitha on Twitter saying that he is watching Chandralekha. This tweet made Vanitha quite happy and she recollected her beautiful memories working with Vijay. Vanitha was all praise for Vijay and said that her admiration for him increases with every film.

She tweeted, “Awwww my first and forever HERO..I was one of your 1st admirer and fan… u know that.. my adoration and respect for u keeps increasing with every film and every year going by… u r like a bottle of wine.. as u age and mature it makes us high as a fan. love u always @actorvijay”. It looks like Vanitha indeed had a very fruitful experience working with Vijay in Chandralekha.

Vijay is currently awaiting the release of his next film - Master, directed by Lokesh Kangaraj. There is a huge amount of expectations surrounding Master and it is expected to be one of the important films to bring back the audience to the theatres after the pandemic.
