Valiyavan, directed by Saravanan of Engeyum Eppothum fame stars Jai and Andreah together for the first time. Jai's looks for Valiyavan are expected to be totally different compared to his previous films. It is also notable that this Andreah's first single heroine film. The audio of Valiyavan was launched a few days ago and there was a buzz about Jai not attending the function.

It was said that Jai was trying to follow Ajith and hence did not attend the audio launch function. But the team is all set now to shoot the song 'Aha Kadhal', day after tomorrow, putting aside all these rumours. Shooting is to happen at the MCC, Tambaram and Raju Sundaram will choreograph the song. Valiyavan has music by D Imman, cinematography by Dinesh Krishnan and is produced by SK Studios.
