Featuring Siddharth and debutant Ashrita in the lead roles, Udhayam-NH4 is being directed by debutante Manikandan, a former associate of Vetrimaaran. On the occasion of Valentine's Day, a single track Yaaro Ivan and the trailer of the film is to be released today at 8pm, on a music channel by the Udhayam-NH4 team. Vetrimaaran has written the script, handled the screenplay and penned the dialogues. Music has been composed by GV Prakash, who feels that Yaaro Ivan is one of the best romantic songs he has ever made. Udhayam-NH4 is jointly being produced by Vetrimaaran's Grass Root Film Company and Dhayanidhi Azhagiri's Meeka Entertainment.
