Popular production and distribution house KJR Studios have established themselves to be a reputed name in the Tamil film industry after funding projects namely Aramm, Gulaebaghavali and the upcoming Nayanthara starrer, Airaa.
KJR Studios also hit the high note and tasted massive success by distributing the rural action family entertainer, Viswasam, in Tamil Nadu earlier this making it yet another blockbuster in ‘Thala’ Ajith’s glorious career.
With Airaa set to hit screens on March 28, all eyes are now set on what KJR Studios have in store next with the production and distribution banner now releasing a cryptic image with only the date - 13.03.2019 and asking followers to guess what they have in store next on their Twitter page.

Despite the tweet being quite puzzling, it also raises speculations if they could collaborate with certain big upcoming films that are in production at present starting with Ajith’s Nerkonda Paarvai being directed by H. Vinoth under Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects LLP banner and releasing in May.
The courtroom drama film, a remake of the smash Hindi hit, Pink, has its TV rights acquired by Zee TV and KJR dropping the tweet with the image resembling the outline in the Nerkonda Paarvai first look could be a big reference, which needs to be taken into consideration, if indeed they go on to secure the filmTamil Nadu theatrical rights.

The next film in line that KJR Studios could most likely associate themselves would be Vijay’s Thalapathy 63 under Atlee’s direction being produced by AGS Entertainment.
With Vijay 63 already announced to hit screens this Diwali, there is a likelihood that KJR could next be distributing the film considering the image in the tweet resembles a football ground with the font of the numbers looking similar to what is usually seen on the jerseys of sportspersons.
Then, there’s Sivakarthikeyan’s science-fiction film, tentatively SK 14, being directed by R. Ravikumar under the 24AM Studios banner with music by Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman.
Production on SK 14 has so far carried forward at a brisk pace and there is a probability for KJR Studios to distribute this ongoing ambitious Sivakarthikeyan venture as the image in the tweet bears an overlay of outer space with stars shimmering everywhere.
Although nothing is set in stone as yet, the image of an outer space backdrop with stars in the KJR Studios’ tweet can also be taken as a reference for SK 14’s title reveal with the film possibly getting titled as Natchathiram.
Finally, there’s also the prospect of KJR Studios joining hands with 24AM Studios for their SK 15 to be directed by Irumbu Thirai fame PS Mithran as production on the film is yet to begin and the 13.03.2019 date could also be when shooting would likely kick-start. Looks we will just have to wait now to see what KJR Studios has planned for fans on March 13, 2019.
