A film that is at the top of every Tamil cinema fan right now is the upcoming Ajith Kumar-starrer Valimai being produced by Boney Kapoor under the Bayview Projects LLP banner. Directed by H. Vinoth of Sathuranga Vettai and Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Valimai touted to be a high-octane action entertainer, is also billed to be a family entertainer and marks the hit filmmaker's second collaboration with the superstar after they worked in Nerkonda Paarvai in 2019, which turned out to be a commercial blockbuster, while also garnering massive critical acclaim. In that light, a few days back, Ajith had flown to Russia to film an important fight sequence in the film, while also going on a bike ride around the city where they were shooting, with behind-the-scenes photos from the schedule now going viral on social networking forums.

The stunt crew working in Valimai has released the BTS pictures, which includes 'Thala' Ajith, during their Russian schedule, including a few other photos of the action team involved in wire work and bike sequences, which are said to be a part of an integral fight scene in the film. There is also a video of Valimai's director H. Vinoth smashing a plate, which is reportedly followed as a tradition, and was gifted by the stunt team. Furthermore, there are pictures of the track and the Russian stunt team posing with Ajith and Vinoth for a shoot wrap photo, which have received a phenomenal response from fans, who are speculating on the scope of the film and how massive it will be in terms of action.

Apart from being the second collaboration of Ajith and H. Vinoth, Valimai also has producer Boney Kapoor and composer Yuvan Shankar Raja working in the film after their Nerkonda Paarvai. Apart from Ajith, Valimai's star cast includes names like Karthikeya who is speculated to be playing the antagonist, with Kaala fame Huma Qureshi as the female lead, followed by Yogi Babu, Saranya Ravichandran and several others in pivotal roles.
