A star who stays aloof from the eyes of the general public yet receives an outpouring of love and adulation, ‘Thala’ Ajith has one of the biggest fan followings in India.
Ajith is at present working on his upcoming rural entertainer, Viswasam, under Siva’s direction being produced by Sathya Jyothi Films opposite Nayanthara.

That said, there has been quite a lot of debate surrounding his next, tentatively being called Thala 59.
For a while now, Ajith has been linked to joining hands next with Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru director H. Vinoth.

According to latest reports, Vinoth, who also directed Sathuranga Vettai is the most likely contender to direct Ajith next and that too under Late actress Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor’s production banner.
We will now have to wait for that elusive announcement to drop by in the days ahead.
