India is one of the humongous countries that worships heroes. It is a long standing tradition of over the top celebrations like bursting 10,000 walas and other crackers before the early morning first shows, pouring milk over the stars' cut-outs. With Suriya's film, NGK, gearing up to hit the screens tomorrow, 31 May.

While Dhanush's cutout was 150 feet for Maari2, Vijay's was 175 feet  for Sarkar and Ajith's was for 190 feet for Viswasam, members of Tiruppur Suriya Fans association took it a notch up, and assembled a 215 foot tall cutout, which is "world's largest cutout". Check out the assembling video below!

Although it is a proud moment for Suriya's fans, it is to be noted that plenty of mishaps have occurred during various occasions. And the current update is that, an order has been issued by the chief officer from the Municipal Corporation, asking the fans to dismantle the cutout. The whispers are that the fans have failed to seek permission from the Municipal Corporation office.

It would do a world of good for the fans, if the heroes themselves took time out of their busy schedules to keep the celebrations to minimum or to dissuade them from doing the aforementioned activities.
