Suriya and Soorarai Pottru's reference in Jyotika's Ponmagal Vandhal excites fans - check out!

Jyotika’s Ponmagal Vandhal, which was released today (May 29) directly on Prime Video, has been getting fairly positive reviews for the content and the strong message it carries. Directed by debutant JJ Fredrick, this courtroom drama features K Bhagyaraj, R Parthiban, Thiagarajan, Pandiarajan in supporting roles. The film is produced by Suriya under his banner of 2D Entertainments. Suriya fans have also been actively involved in promoting Ponmagal Vandhal and even Jyotika had recently talked about it in an interview.

Having said that, the fans had some pleasant surprises in the film. There was a reference to Suriya's upcoming release, Soorarai Pottru - the teaser of the film was played on a small television in the tea shop outside the court. Also, as the film ends, Suriya gives a voice over narration, creating an awareness about child safety. These two references of Suriya in Ponmagal Vandhal have indeed excited the fans who are sharing those screenshots on their social media pages.

Talking about Soorarai Pottru, it will be Suriya’s next release and it is expected to hit the screens as soon as the situation gets back to normalcy.
