Master is considered to be one of the important films to bring back the audience to the theatres after the pandemic and the expectations are huge, not just among the fans, but also ardent film lovers. Master was a film that excited everyone ever since the announcement as it marks a very fresh combination of Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj. People were quite delighted and happy to see Vijay collaborating with a new gen promising director like Lokesh Kanagaraj who has delivered quality films like Maanagaram and Kaithi.

Adding to the excitement is the presence of Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi who plays the villain in the film. His fight scenes and face off against Vijay is going to be a major highlight of the film. Produced by XB Film Creators, Master’s star cast also includes Malavika Mohanan, Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das, Andrea Jeremiah, Gouri Kishan, KPY Dheena, and others. The film has music by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan. The stunt sequences in Master is choreographed by Stunt Silva who is well known for his works in Tamil cinema. Having said that, Silva recently revealed some interesting details about Master’s fight sequences and it has now gone viral among the fans.

Talking to veteran producer and director Chitra Lakshmanan in an interview, Stunt Silva said, “There are around 6 fights in Master and all the fights are quite big and intense. It will be a trademark Lokesh Kanagaraj film and the fights have been choreographed with a sense of realism. The fights will be along with the story. I was totally excited and freaked out when Vijay sir performed a stunt scene with ease. I had choreographed a stunt scene and we were working on it.

Since he has back pain, I changed the moves and choreographed the stunts in an easier way. But he surprised me by performing the initial first version. After the shot, I got super excited and lifted him in joy. He did it with such ease. He is ready to do anything for the film and his fans and doesn’t worry about anything else. He is ready to take up new challenges and Master was a great experience.” Going by Silva’s words, it looks like the stunt sequences are going to be a major USP for Master and with someone like Vijay at the front, we can expect him to lighten up the mood.
