Having debuted in 2002 with "Roja Kootam", Srikanth begun his streak as a lover boy in Tamil cinema, during the early 2000s. Being launched at the same time as Dhanush and Simbu, Srikanth found a path to register himself with his performances as well. Later, Vijay's "Nanban" being a multi-starrer, was a major comeback for the actor.

In our exclusive interview with him, when asked about his fond memory of the scene in Nanban where he breaks down, he cited "The suggestion shot of Vijay was not essential for that particular scene, but still he chose to do so in order to elevate the emotional build up". "It is only because of the presence of all the 3 friends, the scene came out perfectly", he added.

Furthermore, Srikanth said that director Shankar appreciates all the artists if he's satisfied with their performances and that he directs with a perfect editing sense. He also revealed that glycerin was not used by any of the artists appearing in the scene.

In the same, when questioned which actor would he do another multi-starrer with, Srikanth promptly took up "Thala" Ajith's name and said that he'd be glad to feature in it. He will next be featuring in Dhanush's second directorial and told us that aside from being a best actor he is also one of the best directors, especially an effortless taskmaster.
