Actress Sneha Ullal was injured during a promotional event on Sunday in Guntur.
Sources say that due to the lack of proper security, the stampede took place and the blue-eyed actress injured her leg when fans went berserk at the event.
Sneha is currently working on Telugu film Action 3D, directed by Anil Sunkara with Allari Naresh as the hero.
