Small budget films turn blockbusters
Last year big budget films like Chandramukhi, Ghajini and Anniyan turned out to be smash hits. But this year seems to be the favourable for small budget movies. So far 42 movies have been released right from the 1st of January of this year. The movies like Dishyum, Chithirrem Pesuthadi, Kalvanin Kaadhali, Pattiyyal, Thiruttu Payale, Thalainagaram, Kokki and Parijatham are low budget films which made it big at the box office.
