A mighty busy star, actor Sivakarthikeyan upcoming projects include Indru Netru Naalai director R. Ravikumar’s sci-fi film, SK 14, featuring music by A. R. Rahman, Hero with Irumbu Thirai director PS Mithran, SK 16 under director Pandiraj being produced by Sun Pictures, director Vignesh Shivan’s SK 17 under the Lyca Productions banner and SK 18 with Kolamavu Kokila director Nelson Dilipkumar. Among these projects, his SK 16 being directed by Pandiraj of Kadaikutty Singam fame is gearing up to be a huge rural entertainer. That said, Sun Pictures has now officially announced that the SK 16 first look will be releasing on August 12 (Monday) at 11AM.
SK 16 will see actresses Anu Emmanuel as the lead heroine and Aishwarya Rajesh in a major supporting role with music being composed by D. Imman. Filming on SK 16 has been progressing at scenic locations across Tamil Nadu with the venture’s supporting cast also including names like veteran filmmaker Bharathiraja, Samuthirakani, cinematographer turned actor Natarajan Subramaniam, RK Suresh, comedians Yogi Babu and Soori and, the technical team also featuring names like cinematographer Nirav Shah and editor Ruben.
