The cyber crime cell of Chennai police is on a lookout for actor Simbu, who is reportedly on a hideout. The police have also alerted all the major airports to detain the actor in connection with the controversial 'Beep song'. Meanwhile, Simbu's Mother Usha Rajendar made an emotional speech questioning the situation. "What is my son's mistake. Why is he treated like a criminal and some people are even asking to hand him. What is everyone blaming Simbu for the leaked song," she asked.
The yesteryear actress also said that she is not justifying her son's act, but the way media and police are reacting to the whole controversy is beyond the limit. She also pointed out that the current situation is forcing them to think of moving out of Tamil Nadu.
