We have already reported that Dulquer Salman's recent box office hit Charlie is all set to be remade in Tamil. The film portrays the love story of a free-spirited, narcissistic girl Tessa (Parvathy), who runs from home to avoid her marriage and Charlie (Dulquer Salman), a histrionic young wanderer. The latest is that there is tough competition between actors Siddharth, Vijay Sethupathi and Sivakarthikeyan for the role. The remake rights have been bagged by Prateek Chakravorty (grandson of Pramod Chakravorty) along with Shruti Nallappa.
