Walt Disney Pictures has never failed to deliver a good movie and almost always had movies resulting great at the box office. Following their May and June release, Aladdin and Toy Story 4, The Lion King will be hitting the screens worldwide on the 19th of July in English, Tamil and Hindi.

A week ago, on 17th June it was announced that Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan will be voicing for Simba in the Hindi dubbed version of Disney's Lion King. And this evening (25 May), it was officially announced that Siddharth will be lending his voice for Simba in the Tamil version of the movie. Check out his tweet!

Jon Favreau who has earlier helmed Iron Man, Iron Man 2 and The Jungle Book for Disney, will be directing The Lion King as well. Interestingly, it has been 25 years since the original The Lion King has been released. Hans Zimmer who's composed music for the original The Lion King, has reprised his role in the movie.

The Lion King is said to be releasing on Disney plus, an online streaming app which will soon be available at India. Along with it Aladdin, Toy Story 4, Frozen 2, and Captain Marvel will also be streaming.
