The latest buzz from the Kelvi unit is that popular actress Shweta Menon is no longer a part of the film. The news has stunned everyone but the actress herself has confirmed this news. She said, "Yes, I had signed the project, but I am not doing it anymore. Currently, I am busy with a Kollywood movie and some shows."

Piaa Bajpai, Abhirami, Mamta Mohandas, Sadha and popular Bahrain model Miraya Varma are a part of this project. It is a bilingual film being shot in Tamil and Malayalam simultaneously. Shahul Hamid Marikkar is producing the film under the Marikkar Films banner.
