Shraddha prepares for Kollywood

Shraddha Das is keen to debut in Tamil,  after finding success in Telugu. For the Mumbai-based Kolkata girl, language is no barrier. She is floored by the grandeur of Telugu films, which she feels are rich in overall content.

Shraddha said offers for Tamil films have been coming her way ever since her maiden film in Telugu Sidhu to Srikakulam. When offered a role in the Hindi film Lahore, the Bengali lass was quick to grab the opportunity. Her debut in Kollywood will be opposite Bharath in a movie directed by Cheyar Ravi, a proven name in Tamil TV and movies.

Shraddha says her popularity zoomed after performing a dance number in a recent award show hosted by a  leading media house. Her desire is to act with top heroes Vijay, Suriya and Vikram. "Importantly, I have to get a start and hope it happens soon," says an optimistic Shraddha.
